NR Web Services offers our clients the safety and flexibility of a refund for any client who requests a refund prior to the NR Web Services completing the design concept(s). NR Web Services provides UNLIMITED REVISIONS at NO EXTRA COST under the condition that the design concept(s) stay the same. Requested revisions can take up to 72 hours.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
The client is NOT subject to a refund if the initial design concept(s) is delivered and approved by the client. NR Web Services reserves the right to terminate ANY contract for reasons that NR Web Services sees fit.
Each requested refund will be fulfilled per the details listed below:
The refund must be requested when the client receives the initial design concept(s) that are presented. After approving or requesting changes to the initial design concept(s), the refund becomes completely void and NR Web Services is not subject to provide the client with ANY type of refund.
ANY refund request that is made prior to the delivery of the initial design concepts is eligible for a FULL refund (minus processing and service fees).
ANY refund request that a client makes within a 48-hour window is eligible for a 50% refund (minus processing and service fees).
ANY request for a refund made between 2-5 days (48-120 hours) is eligible for a 33% refund (minus processing and service fees).
NR Web Services will not entertain ANY refund requests that are received after 5 days (120 hours) of delivering the initial design concept(s). With that being said, NR Web Services wants to build long-term partnerships and leave our customers 100% satisfied, which is why we encourage our clients to reach out to us in order to resolve any issues or problems that may occur.
NR Web Services will not entertain ANY refund requests from a client that has not been active with their order for 60 days or more. Any client that would like to reactive a project or account that has surpassed the 60-day limit will be charged an activation fee at the discretion of NR Web Services based on the order, project, and service.
Every refund request is required to be sent to the NR Web Services support team. NRwebservices.com reserves the right to approve or deny any request on a case to case basis for each individual client.
NR Web Services will not entertain ANY refund requests that are submitted after the final files have been delivered to the client.
In regards to the website and web design packages, NR Web Services will NOT entertain any refund requests once the website is approved to go live,

In regards to custom ordered packages, the refund policy remains the same as it is for all single packages.
As an example, if a client orders both a logo package and a website package and approves the logo design, the client is able to claim a refund for the website package at the time of the initial design concept(s) only.
ALL refund requests shall have a legitimate and valid reason to be qualified for a refund. A refund will not be given unless the initial design concept does not accurately match the completed design brief. However, NR Web Services will provide UNLIMITED REVISIONS at no cost until our client is 100% completely satisfied.
The NR Web Services Money Back Guarantee is based on the client placing the order in good faith. Any instance in which the client places multiple (more than one) order with multiple (more than one) agencies for a similar order, with the intent to claim a refund, will not be considered good faith. NR Web Services reserves the right to deny any such refund request.
Any design job requiring client feedback prior to finalizing a design requires the client to provide feedback in a timely manner in order to achieve desired results.
ANY web design projects that are not active for more than 60 days are subject to deactivation. In this case, NR Web Services reserves the right to allocate personnel and resources to other projects. In this case, the client would be responsible for a re-activation fee. To reactivate the project, a client will need to pay 50% of the cost of the project and any included processing and service fees.

To reactivate the project, the client will need to pay 90% of the cost of the project and any included processing and service fees.
The NR Web Services 100% Unique Design Guarantee entitles our client to a complete re-draw at no extra cost if for some reason the client is to find another logo that looks identical or overwhelmingly similar to an already existing design. NR Web Services will not be responsible for and will not accept any claim for compensation in the case that the NR Web Services delivers a design that resembles an existing design. In the case that NR Web Services provides the client with a design that is similar or resembles an existing design, it is mere coincidence and NR Web Services will not be liable or responsible for any claims of compensation. The client holds the sole responsibility to get their own creative copyrighted.
How to claim your refund

Any client that receives a refund will forfeit their design rights to NR Web Services and WILL NOT be able to showcase or display ANY version of the created design for ANY reason whatsoever.
The design rights would now belong to NR Web Services and the client agrees that the client forfeits ALL rights (both direct and indirect) to use the design in any manner nor will the client have any ownership or interest in such design.
